Located in the heart of Palmovka, near Na Hrázi Street, this residential building replaces an underutilized bus terminal and expansive parking lot, reimagining the space as a vibrant part of the urban fabric. The design integrates commercial spaces on the first two floors with residential units above. Expansive glazed façades of the commercial areas create transparency and foster interaction with the surrounding cityscape. At the heart of the design lies a publicly accessible inner courtyard, extending commercial activities outdoors through features like summer terraces. Wooden-slatted galleries provide privacy for residents while subtly delineating private and public domains.
