Fluxus

The Fluxus project is a modern and dynamic residential development that combines creative workspaces, public libraries and residential units. The organic shape of the building, based on a curve, and its location above a transport hub creates a unique architectural composition that not only reflects the urban bustle, but also provides a place to stop and rest. Fluxus is about flowing and stopping - about combining the fluid shapes and dynamics of urban traffic with the moment of calm and privacy that is created in this space. Large glass windows and balcony doors provide plenty of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and contributing to the energy efficiency of the building. The wooden facade and concrete ground floor also contribute to good thermal insulation.
