The Spolkový dům is designed as a contemporary community center for local residents. The building features a multifunctional main hall, enabling events such as balls, concerts, theater performances, and exhibitions. In addition, the design includes spaces for a café, a movement studio, workshops, and educational activities as part of an art school offering dance, music, and visual arts programs. The new extension is envisioned as a contrasting yet harmonious part of the existing structure, utilizing materials such as glass, concrete, and polycarbonate.
