ŽIŽKOV HOUSING

The project involves the design of three apartment buildings located in a courtyard with a vast green area-a landscaped park with lawns and paths, ideal for relaxation and walking. The apartments are designed in 1+kk and 2+kk layouts, each with its own terrace, which increases comfort and offers a connection with the outdoor environment. Under the houses there is an underground parking with a capacity of 300 places, providing enough space for residents and visitors. The ground floor is designed as an active ground floor: there is a cafe, a common room for residents and flexible commercial premises. The project emphasizes modern living, connecting with nature and supporting community life.
