The Three Cemeteries

FACILITIES OF THE FOREST CEMETERY ON ŠIBERNÝ HILL IN ŘEVNICE The Three Cemeteries trail is located in the town of Řevnice and its surroundings. It spans 8 kilometers and is circular—without a clear beginning or end, which strengthens its concept of revitalisation through walking. Walking serves as a foundation for improving the mental health of the bereaved and other visitors. The trail is defined by three key points—the three cemeteries, connected by wooden gates inspired by Japanese Shinto architecture. The gradual shrinking and expanding of distances between the gates creates a progression, with three peak locations: the original gate of the older Řevnice cemetery in the town center, gazebo at the entrance to the younger cemetery on Šiberný Hill, and the tramp cemetary on Píšťák.
