Wine tasting by the lake

A two-storey building in the lake landscape was designed as a holiday house with wine tasting space. On the ground floor, the premises are adapted to the operation of tastings, they provide the possibility to sit indoors and on the outdoor terrace facing south. The upper floor serves as an accommodation of the wine bar operator. Each of these operating parts has its own entrance in order to preserve the privacy of the owner. The house is located on the top of the specified plot at the highest possible point of the terrain profile, which gradually descends to the lake. It allows full use of the garden and beautiful views of the surrounding area. It has a structure covered with a wooden truss, the face walls are made of aluminum sheet.
