Foundation house for creative residence of painters and sculptors

The basic idea was creating the concept of a foundation house with an attempt to get a new point of view. It is a house that combines gallery and studios with a space for artists´ accommodation. Building consists of two volumes: the first volume is public, the second one is private. When you come inside you get to the greenhouse and the Gallery used as a meeting place, for exhibitions and presentations. Studios are located one floor bellow where begins a private area. This house forms a green sustainable architecture thanks to photovoltaics and passive energy elements located in the greenhouse. It should be located in the Baba settlement. It is a convenient location because of its views of markable places and lovely landscape.
