House with a studio

The house is designed for a young architect Eric Reinholdt with his family. It is located in the Hanspaulka residential area on Na Špitalce Street and is located north of the center of the park. From the street there is access directly to the Architect's studio, which is separated from the rest of the house on the ground floor and thus provides privacy for the family, as well as for the employees and clients in the studio. In the second part of the house there is an open kitchen with facilities and on its second floor there are two rooms opposite each other for family members. Nevertheless, the studio part and the residential part are connected by a terrace, so the architect can visit and leave the studio completely unnoticed.
