The house for Krištof Kintera

The concept of the house for artist in residence reflects the character of the location where the house is situated in and at the same time the house fulfils the basic requirements of the work of the extravagant artist Krištof Kintera. The glazed studio hidden behind the columns of the overhanging steel structure offers pedestrians a look at the artist's artwork during its creation and thus enables the building to become an interesting gallery for the public. The living area for the artist's temporary accommodation is separated from the studio and is located as a console on the second floor where the artist is allowed to relax after a long work and where he can enjoy the beautiful view on the Vyšehrad castle.
