An Artist's House

In the concept of my house design for the writer and musician Václav Hrabě, I try to make the most of the sloping character of the plot with a view. The solution is a three-storey building with a communication-separated studio. The entrance from the street is provided by a short footbridge, which provides access to a separate entrance to the studio and a second entrance to the residential area. At my disposal I use the knowledge of functionalist principles acquired throughout the semester. The result is a simple, basically repetitive layout that meets all the needs of the family.
