Temporary housing with bicycle repair shop

The temporary housing is located in a inner courtyard in Smíchov near a train station. Its shape is created by extending the lines of neighboring balcony access house, garages and access road. It recedes on the ground floor creating a pleasant passage to the pond. There is a tram and a subway station nearby. On the 1st floor, there is a bike service run by students, together with a storage room and an entrance to the living area. On the 2nd floor there are bedrooms with windows facing east, overlooking the pond. Two double rooms with bathroom and closet and two single rooms with bathroom accessible from the corridor that also leads to a utility room with a washer and dryer and a separate toilet. On the 3rd floor there is a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a spacious terrace.
