Forest spa

The spa is situated under the city and aims to remind visitors of a forest in an expressive way, utilizing its visual appearance. Columns emerge from the water and extend at the ceiling into a regular and cohesive capital. Skylights appear between them on the ceiling, allowing natural light to flow inside, creating effects on the walls, columns and water surface, contributing to the forest-like atmosphere. The viewer can observe the entire spectacle from a mezzanine, from the water, or from randomly arranged islands just above the water surface. Randomness plays a crucial role, not only in the placement of islands and columns but also in the overall layout. The spa's goal is to emotionally connect human to nature through pleasant feelings experienced in an architecturally modified space.
