A house with a bookstore

The family house on Hanspaulka is designed in a simple longitudinal shape, while its long side stretches up the terrain. Communication around the house is provided by a corridor that gradually rises up three steps depending on the relationship with the slope. The layout is zoned with the possibility of socialization, but at the same time striving for the greatest possible privacy. Next to the house is a bookshop, which is shaped into a tower 6x6m. It contrasts with the house. For example, vertical lines are highlighted, such as a large window that leads through all three floors.
