Vyšehrad - Alteration of perspective

Vyšehrad. The eastern bastion of Štulcovy Gardens. An inclined prism with openings and an open wall revealing the interior. Three tunnels form a trapezoid in the ground plan, connected by a staircase in the atrium. The path begins in the lower passage with a view of the Emmaus Monastery, continues through the atrium and up to a tunnel leading to the General Maternity Hospital. The next level points toward Prague Castle. On the top floor, the entire city panorama unfolds, offering views of all major landmarks. A contrast to the limited views below. A new perspective.
