Vyšehrad - A change of perspective

Vyšehrad, a place with one of the most stunning views of Prague, becomes, in my concept, a space that intentionally shifts the visitor’s focus. A vertical gallery on the outer side of the fortifications invites visitors to turn away from panoramas and focus on the wall – on details and stories hidden in the art. This change in perspective opens new ways of experiencing the site, reshaping its dynamics and offering an unconventional experience. The gallery includes a walkthrough level inside the fortifications, housing a hall for cultural events – a lively space contrasting with the gallery’s intimate atmosphere. This place fosters reflection, slowing down, and discovering new values.
