DECKCHAIR HOUSE

Set in the Irish countryside, this lookout is situated within a wooded area on the banks of the River Barrow. Its concrete structure becomes relatively unobtrusive thanks to the presence of surrounding trees. The shape of the lookout is characterized by a straight ramp that allows visitors to access the anticipated view. The lookout is complemented by a small pier, which serves to bring visitors closer to the water's surface. The lookout or rest area is designed to provide visitors with the opportunity to take in the surroundings and direct their gaze in a clearly defined direction into the open countryside.
