PARKING GARAGE OF THE FUTURE

The goal of the parking garage is to provide parking for residents in compact block neighborhoods, thus freeing up a large part of the public space in the streets. An integral part of the design is therefore the transformation of these spaces and their calming and bringing them closer to the most natural scale, i.e. the human scale. The parking garage itself then gives way to the qualities of the plot and enriches it with variations of new use. At the same time, the proposal takes into account the decrease in cars in the future and offers a transformation into a sports hall, which activates the place in times when it would not otherwise be used. In the same way, the park should be able to respond to the different needs of visitors during the day and offer representative places as well as private ones.
