Mlýnská street in Teplice is at this time a valley with no content converted into an urban natural wilderness. In the past it used to be a urban street with terraced houses, which came into being in the second half of the 19th century and was totally demolished in the 1980s. Ever after no intervention in the place has been put into practice. The author proposes a new development of the locality and a new solution of public spaces, which will create a worthy and livable environment at the junction of two traditional spa quarters – Teplice and Šanov.
