The river as the most important public space of the city? Buildings around the river as the most important buildings in the city? The city of Prague as the capital representing the whole state? The pool by the Vltava is therefore a representative of all pools in the whole Czech Republic? Or rather just a small pool in a bay under a crumbling bridge serving a part of the city?
