Light Box

The «Light Box» project merges light and art to craft luminous, functional spaces fostering community engagement. Nestled within the preserved facades of an old building, the design introduces three wooden and glass boxes, each reflecting a creative process: creation, exhibition, and performance. The Exhibition Space (white box) in the first building features art illuminated by diffused light, with services located in the basement and upper floors. The Performance Space (black box) in the second building provides an intimate setting for performances, alongside a ticket office, storage, restrooms, and dressing rooms. The Creative Space (translucent box) links the two buildings, hosting diverse artistic activities with a café. Tailored lighting enhances interaction and social connections.
