Apartments, shops and offices in V Botanice
Annotation
This project develops an office part and a housing part with shops on the ground floor. It is part of this plot by using the existing gables and building the street in order to close the block previously created. The volume is reduced in the heart of the block and offers a more varied complexity to respond to the context which presents multiple small buildings at the back of the plots. The volume of the offices corresponds to the volume of the school in front of the V Botanice street.
