COWORKING-KOLÍN

The idea of the project - the design of a new co-working building, at the interface of Kovářská and Zámecká streets - is to create a modern and functional space that will serve as a working environment for various companies and individuals, but at the same time will provide a pleasant background for relaxation and social activities. The building has been designed with maximum use of natural lighting, sustainable construction principles and modern ergonomic standards in mind. The design includes underground parking and a café on the entrance level for meeting, working and relaxing. Emphasis was placed on the flexibility of the space, allowing the interior to be adapted to the different needs of the users.
