REGULATORY PLAN - JENEČ

The regulatory plan is based on the urban study Jeneč - interchange. Its main goal is to create a new modern interchange with administrative buildings and the main Station Square in the north. In addition, the plan also focuses on the regulation of new construction in the south following the existing state of the municipality. The aim is to clearly define the character of the new public spaces that were proposed in the study. Part of the regulation is the setting of limits for building volumes, which will allow sufficient variability and at the same time fulfill the new potential of the site.
