LIVING IN THE BROUMY MEADOW

The project is an apartment building with 12 residential units and a communal area in the village of Broumy, near the Úpořský brook, offering a close connection to nature. The communal space is designed for gatherings and cultural activities, including a summer cinema on the outer façade, which can be moved indoors in case of bad weather. Parking is conveniently located in front of the building, and there is a washroom on the ground floor. The project combines modern living with respect for nature, fostering community spirit and harmonious coexistence between residents and their surroundings.
