This thesis seminar serves as the initial phase of the diploma project Revitalization of a Cultural and Social Center, also known as Cultural Hub 2.0. Its purpose is to provide a theoretical and analytical framework for the modernization of a cultural and social space. The seminar explores the potential uses of the new center, focusing on whether it should cater to music, art, theater, or other activities reflecting the needs and interests of the local community. It also includes an analysis of the site, surrounding infrastructure, and urban connections to ensure integration into the city. The seminar aims to clearly define the goals and direction for Cultural Hub 2.0.
