Annotation
The residential complex on Olšanská Street is emerging at the crossroads of two worlds – the historic Žižkov with its unique atmosphere and a newly developing neighbourhood. The design aims to provide comfortable modern living, creating a high-quality environment for its residents and the broader public. It explores structures from which six towers rise, as permitted by the site. The design seeks ways for such buildings to harmoniously integrate into the surroundings while offering their residents pleasant living conditions. I propose two more private courtyards that foster community life and public spaces with various recreational opportunities.
