Encased Landscape: a greenhouse in a box
Annotation
The project involves creating a fragmented landscape resembling a greenhouse within the confines of a standardized glass box. This allows users to enter a controlled oasis where they can rest and connect with agricultural activities while enjoying the surrounding natural and archaeological environment.
Far from being a mere geometric exercise, the characteristics of this space are shaped by its function: the production of aromatic herbs. Both its location on the walkway (next to the restaurant it serves) and the positioning of the volumes and the landscape's geometry are designed based on criteria for soil optimization and solar distribution (light gradient according to crop type).
