Kovářská: Cultural center and hall

My project is located in the village of Kovarska, in the heart of its historic center, near the church. The site includes an old rectory, an adjacent ruin, and surrounding public spaces. The goal is to reintegrate this site into village life by enhancing its heritage and creating spaces accessible to all. The rectory is renovated to host a community house with a multi-purpose room, a shared kitchen, and a winter garden open to the outdoors. The upper floor offers offices for local associations and meeting spaces, while the attic is dedicated to young people. The ruin is transformed into a contemporary hall using repurposed materials. This modular hall accommodates events such as markets and receptions. A landscaped design connects these spaces with ramps, stairs, and seating.
