The building that invites you to Nová Malovanka is located directly above the Brusnice Tunnel. This concept uses a design solution that allows the building to be connected to the transport infrastructure. The part of the building that is located above the road functions as a cantilevered structure that is supported by struts around the perimeter of the building. On the 2nd floor, the building is connected to the newly designed platform. This project presents a multifunctional building concept that responds to current teleworking trends and the needs of a flexible lifestyle. The building is conceived as a 24-hour place: it combines living, working and leisure spaces to offer a comprehensive solution for individuals and teams looking for a place to live, work and relax - all under one roof.
