HOUSING VELKÉ POŘÍČÍ

I propose a pair of multifunctional buildings for Velké Poříčí. On one side, the plot is bordered by a busy road, which these buildings enclose and give a rhythmic structure. On the opposite side lies a river, with its surroundings left open. In the center, a semi-public park is created, serving primarily the residents of the apartment buildings and the nearby senior home. A new space emerges between the buildings, connecting to a forest path and offering views of the surrounding landscape. The complex includes 13 apartments 3+kk and 2 apartments 2+kk. The ground floor is clad with trapezoidal sheet metal and houses facilities for the apartment residents, a café, and a secret laboratory.
