In Podolí, at the junction of three streets, there are two houses with similar faces. The flats are based on the same basic unit and can be interchanged, thus creating a very varied layout of flats across the floors. The apartment is economical - it has a kitchen and a smaller bathroom, the rooms are around 13m2. The common residence pavilion is always associated with the apartment and serves as the main living space. The pavilion is glazed, visually quite different from the whole house. Both houses offer something different at the same time. The house to the north provides facilities for a playgroup and a public dining room. The south house has a small café connected to the porch. However, the dominant operation is a convenience store.
