RESIDENTIAL BLOCK

A platform covering the Malovanka intersection is being built near the center of Prague. The new platform removes the barrier and creates a new space not only for relaxation and entertainment, but also housing for all age categories. The compositional division of the apartment building and its unusual shape is based on what is happening below it at the intersection. The house was designed to adapt to the places where support columns can be built. On the ground floor there is a parterre where various services are located. Apartments from 1+kk to 4+kk with their own loggia are designed above the ground floor. On the roof there is a terrace with views of the surroundings and a winter garden.
