THREE BARNS VELEŠÍN

The concept is based on the continuity of the existing granary building in the parish garden. The building of the senior home together with the day center stretches across the garden and other buildings are set back from it. The multi-purpose activity space/gym/protected workshop departs from the main building and is located at the corner of the new block. The doctor's house follows it. With an office on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor. The building for seniors on the ground floor includes a residential area with rooms for individuals that have access to the exterior with small terraces and the possibility of outdoor seating. The adjacent multipurpose hall building is connected to the parish garden with a free park character and historic oak trees.
