HOUSE WITH ECONOMIC OFFICE

This project shows the design of a family villa located in Prague on Hanspaulka. The land is situated in a residential area near many institutions, including CTU campus. The house is designed to serve a family of four and at the same time had a separate accounting office built into it. So the family has the possibility of making a living from home. The building also has a beautiful view of the surroundings of Prague and spacious terraces for relaxation. The roof terrace stands out as a green garden, thus creating an effective connection between the building and nature.
