Annotation

This thesis deals with the design of two residential structures situated in opposite corners in Podolí, Prague. The design responds to the current housing crisis and ineffective housing policy, focusing on forms of housing that support economic accessibility, spatial efficiency and social inclusion. The first building is conceived as urban adaptable housing, allowing flexible adaptation to the changing needs of residents and the city. The second house is focused on student housing, reflecting the specific demands of the young population. The design of both houses emphasizes the support of community life, sharing of space, optimization of layout and sustainability.
