Apartment Building with Co-Working

The bachelor thesis is based on a study that deals with the revitalization of the area of the Upper Town in Písek. The area is located right in the historical centre. It is a mixed-use building, urban housing and co-working.The target group of the apartment building are starting couples,families with children and students. The concept also consists of a link to the height of the roof of the parking building. This continuity creates a beautiful path through a small park and connects the Palacky Orchard with Komenský Street and Žižkov Street with 17 November Street.
