SWIMMING POOL SMÍCHOV

The subject of the diploma thesis is a proposal of a public swimming pool and an urban solution of its surroundings on Smíchov waterfront. The aim of the project is to complete the river bank so that it remains public. I propose a compact public swimming pool and an adjacent public park in the floodplain. A swimming pool with an atmosphere of a spa, which suits both sports clubs trainings, children swimming education or the opportunity for anyone to just go for a easy swim after work or relax with a view of the Vyšehrad basilica.
