Neighbourhood of Tyršův vrch - regeneration and completion

Dolní Michle between the creek Botič and railway track is slightly neglected, romantic quarter with exceptional landscape. There are many small areals, garages, halls especially along the railway. The street Nuselská with tramway is the main avenue in the district, but the feeling of a city disappears on the way. I project completion of existing blocs and new small housing district round the small hill called Třešňovka. All the landscape elements are connected by green fibres to increase recreational potencial. Big industrial hall on the north is reconstructed like a leisure centre and it´s open to the new park. The concrete river-basin of Botič is changed on two places and made accesible for people.
