Sports Hall in Vršovice

The Přípotoční Sports Hall is located in Vršovice on the premises of the Přípotoční Sports Gymnasium. The project was built based on the need for sports facilities for this school. Specifically for sports classes focusing on athletics, basketball, swimming and volleyball. The building consists of four main volumes. On the first floor it is a parking lot and a swimming pool. On the second floor it is a large gymnasium located above the parking lot. And on the third floor above the swimming pool area is a basketball gym with a bouldering area. The roof of the building is partially accessible and there is a rooftop playground. An athletic oval is proposed in the space between the gymnasium building and the sports hall. The aim of the project is to provide an accessible and high quality sports facility not only for the students of the school with sports training but also for the public.
