Annotation
The subject of the work is to find suitable utilization for an undeveloped plot of land located at the corner of Vavrečkova Street and Dvacátá Street in the Svit industrial area in Zlín. The first part of the work analyzes this plot with the aim of specifying possible solutions. The second part then focuses on the actual design proposal.
