Annotation
The diploma thesis focuses on the design of two townhouses on corner plots in Prague - Podolí. The developed topic addresses affordable housing, specifically municipal rental housing, and related concepts such as adaptability and flexibility, social diversity, community, communal spaces, and a ground floor function that appropriately enriches the locality.
