Studio Soukenka

A significant city block in the historic center of Humpolec is set for a major redevelopment. This area includes two historically and socially valuable civic buildings. On the eastern side of the block stands the Society House, a building with a spacious hall intended for local socio-cultural events. On the western side is the former Souk School building, which is currently used for various purposes. Although these two buildings are directly connected, they are not currently integrated. The future design should revitalize these structures and provide the residents of Humpolec and its surrounding districts with much-needed public amenities, potentially serving as a model for other towns.
